When will I be charged?

You will always be billed on the 15th of the month—the day your subscription order processes. Both prepaid and monthly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of their term and will be billed on the 15th of the last month of your term. For examp

Can I change my charge date?

Not at this time (though we do hope to offer this feature in the future!). Right now, all billing occurs on the 15th of the month when our subscription orders ship.

Will my subscription automatically renew?

Yes, it will! Both our prepaid and monthly subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of their term. It’s best to pause or cancel your subscription by the 11th of the month to ensure it’s updated in our system. If you need to pause or cancel

How do I update my subscription preferences?

Log in to your 4ocean account and click Manage Subscriptions to update any information and preferences related to your subscription. You can reach out to [email protected] with the change you would like, and we would be happy to update that for you in

How do I update the payment info associated with my subscription?

Log in to your 4ocean account and click Manage Subscriptions > Payment Methods to update your credit card info or billing address. You can also reach out to [email protected], and we would be happy to send you a email link to update the payment.

Can I pause my subscription for the month without canceling?

Yes! You have until the 11th of the month to pause your upcoming subscription order. To pause your upcoming subscription order, log in to your 4ocean account, click Manage Subscriptions, and select the Skip Shipment option under the product box on th

Can I switch my Bracelet of the Month Club subscription to a different style (beaded or braided)?

Yes, you can! Log in to your 4ocean account and click Manage Subscriptions; your current subscription will be highlighted in a box on the left side of the screen. Click on the box for the style you want to switch to and click Swap Product in the Edit
