Can I pause my subscription for the month without canceling?Updated 9 months ago

Yes! You have until the 11th of the month to pause your upcoming subscription order. 


To pause your upcoming subscription order, log in to your 4ocean account, click Manage Subscriptions, and select the Skip Shipment option under the product box on the left.


Please note that Skip Shipment requests placed after the 11th may not take effect in our system before your order is processed / billed on the 15th. You may skip the shipment for one month at a time.
