Can I switch my Bracelet of the Month Club subscription to a different style (beaded or braided)?Updated 9 months ago

Yes, you can! Log in to your 4ocean account and click Manage Subscriptions; your current subscription will be highlighted in a box on the left side of the screen. 

Click on the box for the style you want to switch to and click Swap Product in the Edit Subscription box that appears.

Be sure to update your preferences by the 11th of the month to apply them to your upcoming subscription order. Changes made after the 11th will apply to future subscription orders.

Once updated your new style preference will be set for all future orders. You must update your subscription preferences if you want to switch back to your original style preference (i.e., if you switch from Beaded to Braided, all future orders will be Braided unless you manually switch back to Beaded).
