Where is my order / How do I track my shipment?Updated 7 months ago
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the tracking number via email to the email address on the order. If you do not receive the tracking within 3 business days be sure to check your spam folder.
What if I haven’t received a tracking number?
It can take 2-3 business days to process an order before it’s ready for shipment, which means you may not receive a tracking number for up to 5 days after placing your order(For example if you place your order on a Thursday afternoon, it will be shipped on Monday). If it has been more than 5 days, please email our support team at [email protected]. We would be happy to help.
