Need to return an item for an exchange or refund?

We offer free returns for domestic orders if it is within 30 days of the delivery date. 

Please reach out to our customer service team directly by emailing [email protected] or click here to contact us. 

Unless covered by a Warranty, most items purchased on may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. 

Limited edition, special edition, and clearance items may be replaced if damaged; in cases where an exact replacement isn’t possible, these items may be exchanged for a like item or store credit.

Pre-orders, made-to-order items, and products offered in collaboration with other brands (e.g., Dune Jewelry & Co., Sakroots, Cariuma) are subject to our partners’ Return Policies and may not be eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges. These policies are always listed on the individual product page for full transparency prior to purchasing.

4ocean products purchased from a physical retail location can either be returned in-store for credit back or may be returned to us directly within the 30-day grace period for a replacement only.
