Dune, Sakroots, and Cariuma products are pre-order and made-to-order items. These items are not eligible for refunds or returns.
If for any reason you wish to exchange your 4ocean product* within 30 days of receiving it, you may return it. For information on 4ocean's warranty, please see: 4ocean Warranty Information
In order to return your item(s) within the 30 day grace period, please send the item to:

Please DO NOT send bracelets in a letter envelope because it will be processed through an automated machine that ruins the item during the return. It must be shipped as a parcel and not a letter.
Please provide the following information in your package as well:
- Your full name and address
- Your order number
- Your reason for this return
- Any other comments or suggestions for the 4ocean Team
Please note that the customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with a return for a refund for any item outside of a warranty claim. Once the customer has provided tracking for the returned items, we would be happy to issue a refund or replacement from there.
For clearance or limited run items, all efforts will be made to process exchanges in accordance with our policy. If those items are no longer available, a replacement for a like item will be made.
