How long will it take to receive my order?Updated 2 months ago

Processing Time 


Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days* of being placed. 


Please note that domestic and international shipping windows are not included in our processing time and only go into effect once your order is processed. 


You have 3 hours to make changes to your order after it is placed, including the shipping address. No changes can be made once your order is sent to our shipping team, so please double-check that your shipping address is correct before checking out.


Depending on the method of shipping you chose, you can expect to receive your Tracking Number within 2-3 business days of order processing. 


Domestic and international shipping partners include UPSMI, UPS, USPS, Fedex, Passport, and DHL.

Domestic Shipping** 

Choose Standard Shipping for delivery 7-12 business days after processing; this option is available to all addresses located in the United States for 2 bracelets or less. Please note that no tracking is available with this method. 


Choose Standard Express Shipping for delivery 4-7 business days after processing; this option is available to all addresses located in the United States. Tracking 

available with this method. 


Choose Expedited Shipping and place your order by 12 PM EST for same-day processing; orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day. Tracking available with this method. 


International Shipping** 


International orders are typically delivered within 7–14 business days of processing. 


For International USPS Shipping, please allow a few extra days for the completion of customs paperwork and processing at international shipping facilities. This process can take up to 30 business days at certain times of the year.


Many international orders are subject to tariffs/duties that are not included in your order total at the time you checkout; these fees vary based on location and are the sole responsibility of the consumer. To eliminate surprises, please familiarize yourself with your country’s rules, regulations, tariffs, and duties before placing your order.



Business days are defined as weekdays from Monday to Friday; weekends and public holidays are not included

FREE SHIPPING


Free shipping is only available to customers in the 48 contiguous U.S. states (and Washington D.C.) for purchases made on 4ocean.com for $55 or more. Excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and all international destinations. 

Free shipping does not apply to collab collections (unless otherwise specified).
