How do I return an item I purchased through a 4ocean Retailer?Updated 5 months ago

If you’re unable to return your item to the retailer in person for a credit we would be happy to help with a replacement.  Please reach out to our customer service team directly by emailing [email protected] or click here to contact us. 


Be sure to include: 


  • The item(s) you’re returning

  • The item you would like to exchange for

  • Your full name and address

  • Your phone number 

  • Your reason for return

  • The name and location of the store where you purchased the item

  • The date you purchased the item


Please ship bracelets as a parcel and NOT as a letter in an envelope; the item will be ruined by the automated sorting machines that process return packages.


Shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
