How do I return an item I purchased through a 4ocean Retailer?Updated a year ago

Be sure to include:
The item(s) you’re returning
The item you would like to exchange for
Your full name and address
Your phone number
Your reason for return
The name and location of the store where you purchased the item
The date you purchased the item
Please ship bracelets as a parcel and NOT as a letter in an envelope; the item will be ruined by the automated sorting machines that process return packages.
Shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
