Edit Subscription

Thank you for being a terrific member of the Clean Ocean Club! With your membership, you're making a difference, each month. For our subscriptions, you have complete control over what arrives for you each month. Simply log in to your account and follow these steps for any changes needed. 

Swap Products in Subscription

You can edit what comes in your subscription between Beaded, Braided, Or a combo of both each month. Once logged into your account click on Subscription. Under the "My Subscription", you will see your current product selected. You can simply click on the dropdown to choose a different product.

Edit Payment Info

Need to update your credit card info on your shipment? Log into your account> Subscription>scroll down to Update Subscription Payment. There you can enter your billing address and new card information. 

Fix to ---> “Need to update your credit card info on your shipment? Log into your account> Subscriptions> scroll down to Update Subscription Payment. There you can enter your billing address and new card information.”

 

 

Need to pause?

Need to skip a month? Log into your Account> Subscription>Click Skip Shipment to skip your next order. 

Fix to---> “Need to skip a month? Log into your Account> Subscriptions>Click Skip Shipment to skip your next order.“
