Thank you for being a terrific member of the Clean Ocean Club! With your membership, you're making a difference, each month. For our subscriptions, you have complete control over what arrives for you each month. Simply log in to your account and follow these steps for any changes needed.
Swap Products in Subscription
You can edit what comes in your subscription between Beaded, Braided, Or a combo of both each month. Once logged into your account click on Manage Subscriptions under Account. Then click on "Manage Subscription", you will see your current product selected on the left hand side of the screen. You can simply click on the product box to choose another different product. Edit Subscription box will appear on the right, from there click "Swap Product" then select the product you would like.
Edit Payment Info
Need to update your credit card info on your shipment? Log into your account> Manage Subscription>Payment Methods. There you can enter your billing address and new card information.
Need to pause?
Need to skip a month? Once logged into your account click on Manage Subscriptions under Account. Then click on "Manage Subscription", you will see "Skip Shipment" on the left hand side underneath the product box.
