4ocean bracelets and anklets made from recycled plastic, glass, and stainless steel come with a one-year warranty. 


Please note products made in collaboration with other brands, e.g., Dune Jewelry & Co., are subject to our partners’ Warranty + Refund Policies.


If your 4ocean bracelet or anklet broke for any reason, please collect the following information based on where you purchased the item and reach out to [email protected] for help.


If you purchased from 4ocean.com, please provide:


  • The order number and/or email address associated with your purchase

  • A picture of the broken item

  • The name or description of the product that broke (it’s sometimes hard to tell from the picture alone)


If you purchased from a 4ocean Retailer, please provide:


  • Your full name and shipping address

  • Your phone number

  • The name and location of the store it was purchased from

  • The date of the purchase

  • A photo of the item that broke

  • The name or description of the product that broke (it’s sometimes hard to tell from the picture alone)


Once we’ve confirmed your Warranty and issued your replacement, you can follow these steps to dispose of your broken bracelet or anklet:


  • Remove the stainless steel charm(s) and recycle the  charm following your local guidelines

  • The recycled plastic cord and recycled glass beads are accepted by most recycling centers; simply follow your local curbside recycling guidelines

  • If you’re unsure whether your municipality accepts these materials, contact your local recycling center and ask if  they accept recycled glass and recycled PET plastic before recycling your bracelet
